  • Architectural.

    Colvan delivered a visualisation using Revit and 3DsMax - as part of our non-profit work - for a client having issues with planning permission.

    This work helped the client demonstrate that their design satisfied the necessary requirements of the council.

  • Smart Home Platform.

    Colvan has officially launched its own smart home platform! This represents our first project that breaches the commercial market, in an attempt to expand our work beyond non-profit.

    We make accessing, setting up and benefitting from IoT devices simple, by packaging our solutions to work straight out of the box.

  • Architectural.

    Colvan produce room designs for new student accommodation, as part of our non-profit work!

    This provided the client with visuals to show future tenants, allowing them to move students into the building more efficiently, without having to take them on tours of the rooms.

  • Data.

    Colvan uses Tableau to visualise data from an AirBNB property manager who wanted to expand their portfolio across New York City.

    This work made clear to the client which properties they should in invest in and in which areas.
